Our intention from the start was to use our skill and talent to create a cider that honours nature. Arquiteka apple cider is the culmination of two years of thoughtful experimentation. It combines nine varieties of hand picked Yarra Valley earth fed apples (twice cold pressed), five carefully selected yeast strains, purified rainwater, a little genius, and six month ageing process.
